SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping: – 90% of orders on in-stock products are shipped out within 2-5 business days from our sales/distribution center. Products or components which are not available in stock at the moment of ordering will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. Most small orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For large orders, we’ll ship via freight by the most reliable and inexpensive carrier to your location. We also offer express air and economical two day air service on most items in stock. If an order is to be shipped via air (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) or internationally (including Canada) please select your desired shipping method in the shopping cart at checkout.
Shipping charges:
We will email you the estimated shipping charges once your order is processed.
We will always use the most cost effective shipping method, unless you have requested
Express next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day shipping.
* Note: There is a $20.00 Freight & Handling Surcharge on all Oversize Items.
Most of the standard Mounts and tools are stocked for quick delivery in 2-7 days. Lead time on non-stocked Mounts or tools may vary 15-45 days. Consult your salesperson for details.
Payments – All orders are shipped F.O.B avshowtools.com. We accept payment via Paypal. All payments must be processed on-line.
Orders shipped to addresses in California also pay an additional sales tax of 8.75%. If your business is tax exempt, please fax your California Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate to 858-279-2215.
All payments must be made in US Dollars. Additional charges will apply for bulky items, overnight delivery, second-day air, or shipments outside the Continental US. We will contact you with the shipping and handling. On ground shipment orders please anticipate a 1 to 2 week delivery time.
Tracking – The tracking numbers for each day’s shipped orders are automatically emailed after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time. Alternatively, you can check your order status online or request for a tracking number via email: sales@avshowtools.com
Returns – Inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your order is not received in satisfactory condition, or is damaged, keep all packaging and notify us within (2) days of receipt. Stock merchandise in original, unopened packaging may be returned for refund within five (5) days of receipt. Items must be in their original state (undamaged). Shipping and handling charges for returned items are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the order statement and RMA number. Please call our office to receive your RMA (Return Authorization Number). You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Returns must be insured for the invoiced value of the merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all non defective/damaged returns.
